FIRE BURN POT 7 Hole

This burnpot may need some slight modification on older models of the 820D deluxe series.

WARNING! A vacuum cleaner is the best way to remove ashes from the Firepot but this must be done with extreme care to avoid the risk of fire. Again, cleaning the ash from the Firepot should be done only when the Grill is COLD.

Troubleshooting Notes

It can be tricky to remove ashes from the burn pot without pulling the grill apart. We find using an ash vacuum, like the Power Smith Ash Vacuum, is the easiest way to clean the firepot.

WARNING! Cleaning ash from the Firepot should be done only when the Grill is COLD.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
