PelPro Pellet Stove Vacuum Switch

This pellet stove replacement part includes both hoses and the Vacuum Pressure Switch. If the switch senses a safety error than it will turn off the auger motor.

This is the newest style switch and replaces all other models including the following part numbers: SRV7000-166, 7000-166, 812-3430, 812-3430, 812-1990 and SRV7000-447

Vacuum Switch Visual Note: The manufacturer of all OEM and AMP switches has made a design change. The switch received may appear different, but will work the same.

Troubleshooting Notes

To test the vacuum/pressure switch, disconnect the air hose from the body of the stove. With the other end still attached to the air switch, very gently create suction on the loose end of the hose (You may want to remove the hose entirely from the port on the stove and the air switch first to make sure it is clear). If you hear a click, the air switch is working. Be careful during this step. Creating too much negative pressure can damage the switch.

If the switch appears to be operating correctly but you are still receiving a vacuum-related error code, make sure to check:

1.) All gaskets are in good condition.

2.) The main load door and ash door are closing correctly.

3.) There are no obstructions in the exhaust vent or combustion blower.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
