Description

This is a replacement auger feed motor for select Pel-Pro pellet stoves. This particular motor runs at 2RPM and spins counter clockwise. The feed motor is an essential component for reloading and dropping pellets from the hopper into the firepot.

Instructional Documents:

When installing the SRV7000-670-AMP, if your existing motor uses a molex connector, hook up this replacement as usual. If your existing motor uses bare wires or wires with spade clips, follow these instructions:

  • Existing motor uses 2-wires: If your existing motor makes use of 2-wires, you will use the molex to wire connector supplied. Then, hook up the black (hot) and white (return) wires to your existing wiring. You can ignore the yellow wire.
  • Existing motor uses 3-wires: If your existing motor makes use of 3-wires, you will use the molex to wire connector supplied. Then hook up the black (hot) and white (return), the yellow wire should be hooked up to your remaining wire.

Troubleshooting

When installing this motor, if your motor is spinning in the opposite direction, you will need to reverse the wiring to switch it's direction.


Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.
