This item is identical to the ones I have purchased in the past from my local stove dealer. In the past it took several weeks, once over three months to get this part from my previous dealer.
After discovering Wood and Pellet Stove Parts for Less, I thought I would give them a try. I did call customer service prior to ordering due to the picture of my item did not matching the part number. They were very helpful, friendly, and very pleasant to deal with. I ordered my part, much lower of a price than my local dealer. Free delivery and I had my items two days after ordering! Great company that has won my future business.
