Description

The Igniter is a replacement device used to create a spark that lights your pellets and ensures a hot fire for your grill. It fits most of the Traeger pellet grills models in the market now that use Alternating Current (AC).

  • 3″ x 3/8″ High-density Cartridge heating element
  • 200 Watts 120 Volts
  • 30″ Fiberglass insulated wire lead provides continuous sheath temperatures up to 1,200° F

Assembly Instructions For Traeger Pellet Grill Igniter Fits Most Models, BAC199-AMP

The igniter is located and the end of the pellet burner assembly and is fastened into the burnpot/ fire pot using a set screw. Depending upon your specific model, the process to access this part and replace it may vary slightly from model to model.

  1. Unplug the grill from power
  2. Empty any pellets you may have in the hopper
  3. Remove the access panel on the bottom of the hopper if your model has one.
  4. Remove the
