Troubleshooting Notes

It can be tricky to remove ashes from the burn pot without pulling the grill apart. We find using an ash vacuum, like the Power Smith Ash Vacuum, is the easiest way to clean the firepot.

WARNING! Cleaning ash from the Firepot should be done only when the Grill is COLD.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. The burn pot was the fix to the problem,it was the perfect part,I was getting to much air due to pot rusting out.

Installed and tested the fire pot and new ignitor recently and it worked perfectly. The fire pot is well built and heavy duty, appears much better than the OEM part. The only thing I would suggest, the fire pot should come with the four mounting screws.
