Description

USSC Pellet Stove T-Disc Gasket (Bay Front 5660): 88175. This gasket seals between the Therm-O-Disc and the blower housing/stove body. If the gasket is damaged, smoke or flue gas may enter the room.

Instructions

Install Instructions For USSC Pellet Stove T-Disc Gasket (Bay Front 5660): 88175

1.) Please make sure your stove is completely cooled before attempting to do any maintenance.

2.) Disconnect the power from your stove.

3.) Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, remove the screws securing the side panel to the stove.

4.) Remove the side panel by lifting it up and away from the stove.

5.) Locate the Therm-O-Disc on the exhaust blower.

6.) Disconnect the wire leads located on either side of the Therm-O-Disc.

7.) Remove the two screws securing the thermal disc to the exhaust blower, then remove the switch and gasket.

8.) Position the new gasket in place, then place the new Therm-O-Disc in position.

9.) Reinstall the previously removed screws to secure the switch.

10.) Reconnect the wires on either side of the Therm-O-Disc.

11.) Reinstall the side panel.

12.) Reconnect power to your stove and run a test burn

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times.
