Payments
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club).
We also accept Google Pay, Meta Pay, and Amazon Pay. However, we do not accept PayPal.
For pay-over-time financing, we offer Affirm at checkout. Read more about Affirm.
Some locations require tax, and others do not. You will be notified if tax is required during the checkout process.

Shipping

Most orders are shipped out within 24 hours of ordering.
Shipping speed options are available at checkout and are based on your order and location.
When an order is shipped, a tracking number is sent to your email address.
If you did not provide an email address, the tracking number is sent to your phone.

We are not responsible for delays due to the manufacturer or shipping carrier.

If your package was lost in shipping, please first contact the carrier (USPS, UPS, Canada Express…).

Returns / Refunds
All purchases have a 30 day hassle-free return policy with no restocking fee.
From 30 up to 60 days, items may be returned, but a restocking fee is included.
Conditions which must be met for return eligibility can be found here.
It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.
