Description

This is a replacement glass kit for Avalon Arbor Wood and Pellet Stoves. The measurements are 11" x 8 3/8". Includes the glass, clips with gasket and shims, screws, glass cleaner, and 80" of glass rope gasket.

The Avalon Arbor are made in wood and pellet versions. This is the glass for the doors and can be used on either side and is sold individually. If you are replacing both, order 2. The glass a rectangle shape that appears to be arched through the door webbing. Mounting hardware must be reused. The mounting gasket is sold separately.

Check your dimensions carefully. Several sizes were manufactured.

 

A Note About Our Glass: Unlike some manufacturers, we do not use tempered glass. Tempered glass should NEVER be used in a wood fuel stove, it is not suitable for high heat use. Our glass is made to resist very high temperatures up to 1,400° F / 760° C with low thermal expansion.

Replacing the Glass:

The glass must not contact the door retainer or glass clips directly. The glass gasket and glass clip gaskets insulate the glass to prevent cracking.

Warranty

Please open and inspect your glass to make sure that it has arrived intact. Damage Claims for broken glass from shipping MUST be made within 72 hrs of delivery, no exceptions. Glass breaking from after installation is NOT covered under warranty, this is due to improper installation. If you do not feel comfortable replacing your glass, please contact a licensed technician. For instructions on proper glass installation, please read the instructions provided in the instructions tab.

Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times.
