Had a slight issue with an incorrect part being sent. Customer service was fantastic. They credited by account right away AND followed up with a phone call explaining the situation.
First this seemed a little thicker than ones I've gotten in the past. Second, the "tape" to join the two cut ends was not included. Maybe Enviro has done away with this All in all it works so what else can be said.
