This Decorative Ceramic Log requires a mounting bracket:


Accentra Insert, 52i, & P35i will need log bracket kit # 1-00-674097. The bracket is mounted inside the door lip of the insert. There should already be two allan key screws inside your insert which you can use to mount the log bracket.


**Note:** When performing routine maintenance, the log bracket needs to be removed to access the removable panels inside of the insert. The allan key screws can be replaced with two (2) wing screws so that no tools are required for future maintenance. Wing screws part # 3-31-782108 are sold individually and are not included with the bracket.


Advance will require log bracket kit # 1-00-06677 which mounts to the inside of the stove door. Hardware for this bracket is included with the bracket.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Notes

Care should be taken when handling the log set as it is very fragile and will break if it is dropped. Eventually the log set will fall apart and can be replaced if you so desire or, the log set and the bracket can be discarded as they are optional. If you are not using the log set, or the bracket, screws do nee to be threaded into the holes for the bracket mount or the air wash which keeps the door glass clean will not function properly.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times.
