Description

Breckwell Pellet Stove Circuit Board/Control Panel (No Decal): 80684. This board powers all components on the stove. If you are experiencing issues with a part and have confirmed that all motors and switches are functioning properly, the board may need to be replaced.

Notes: 5-speed settings for select Breckwell and USSC pellet stoves equipped with a 1RPM auger motor. This part replaces many different item numbers due to the various revisions it has undergone. Please verify the information below to ensure compatibility.

Tip: To see if your stove uses a 1RPM or 4RPM auger motor, check the spacing on your auger shaft. Auger shaft coils spaced 1" normally indicate a 4RPM motor, whereas 2" spacing indicates a 1RPM motor.

Instructions

Install Instructions For Breckwell Pellet Stove Circuit Board/Control Panel (No Decal): 80684

1.) After confirming the stove is completely cool, unplug the unit.

2.) Remove the need panel(s) to gain access to the backside of the board.

4.) Unplug all the wires that are plugged into the back of the circuit board (Pay attention to where the connectors from the wiring harness attach to the back of the control panel).

5.) Using a screwdriver, remove the screws that secure the board to the side panel (Some boards will have plastic clips that need to be compressed to release the board).

6.) Remove the old board and set it aside.

7.) Position the new control board in place and reinstall the previously removed fasteners.

8.) Plug in all the wires and connectors to the back of the board using the wiring diagram located in your owner's manual as a guide.

9.) Reposition and attach any previously removed panels.

10.) Plug in the unit and press the on button to check for proper operation.

Note: If you have a digital control panel and the serial number of your stove is smaller than those listed above, you will need the C-E-301 control panel. If your current control board is the old-style analog board with dials and rocker switches, you will need a kit with a wiring harness: C-E-404


*Additional Information: Serial numbers are approximate and should not be the only source of validation for the part. Serial numbers may be off by as much as 10 units either way.

Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times.
