1.) Remove the cotter pin linking the agitator to the agitator motor drive shaft.

2.) Once disconnected, remove the burn pot with agitator from the unit.

3.) Slide the agitator to the side and lift from the burn pot.

4.) Position the new agitator in the burn pot.

5.) Place the burn pot with the new agitator back into the stove.

6.) Slide the new agitator over until it lines up with the agitator motor drive shaft.

7.) Reinstall the cotter pin.

Troubleshooting

Troubleshooting Notes

-The agitator rotates inside the burn pot. This assists in breaking up hard deposits left over from the burn process and helps reduce the formation of "clinkers" (This is especially important when burning fuels other than standard wood pellets). It is important that the agitator is kept in good condition. If the agitator is not functioning as it should, hard deposits may form inside the burn pot and cause burn issues.

Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. All customs fees incurred are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the total price. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
