Harman Pellet Stove OEM Flame Guide. The flame guide helps to protect your stove by acting as a buffer between the flame and interior of the unit. The flame guide is considered a "wear part" and will need to be replaced when it begins to show signs of deterioration.  If you notice warping, cracks forming or excessive flaking of the metal, the flame guide should be replaced.

    -Make sure that the unit has shut down and the interior of the stove is cool to the touch.

    -The new Flame Guide will simply sit in place.

    -It is important to make sure the flame guide is fully seated on the top sides of the burn pot and that the back of the guide rests against the body of the stove.

    -The flame guide helps to protect your stove by acting as a buffer between the flame and the rear panel of the unit. It is important to regularly inspect the flame guide. If you observe cracks or warping the flame guide should be replaced.

    Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

    Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

    We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
