Description

This FBK-250 Fireplace Blower Kit (Catalog No. 80L86) is compatible with the Lennox fireplaces. Included with the fireplace blower fan: Variable Speed Switch, (rheostat control - like a light dimmer) which you can regulate air flow and any air noise from the blower fan. Combine this adjustable air speed with the automatic power activation of a Thermo Switch (Thermodisc) included in the forced air system; you have a low cost solution to save energy and circulate the hot air created by your fireplace into your living space.

Installation Instructions:

1) Turn off the fireplace and allow it to cool before proceeding.

2) If the appliance is connected to 120 volt power, disconnect the power.

3) Shut off the gas supply to the fireplace.

4) Open the lower compartment door (either a radiant panel or louver assembly) by pushing simultaneously the left and right side of the door. (The door is hinged at the bottom).

5) Remove the bottom panel or louver assembly by removing the screw at each end of the panel or louver assembly, retain the end spacers, and then pull the panel or the louver assembly from the unit.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
