Fits Most Astria, Superior, and Lennox Gas Fireplaces That Call For The FBK-100, FBK-200 and FBK-250.

This uses a heat sensor to turn the blower on/off when the unit is hot. It also has the rheostat to speed up and slow down the blower.

Installation Instructions:

1) Turn off the fireplace and allow it to cool before proceeding.

2) If the appliance is connected to 120 volt power, disconnect the power.

3) Shut off the gas supply to the fireplace.

4) Open and remove the lower compartment door.

5) Remove the log set and loose media. Remove the sub-floor. Remove the burner, loosen and remove the screws securing the GTA (Gas Train Assembly) to the firebox bottom. Lift the GTA up and away as far as the flex line will allow. If required, disconnect flex line and completely remove the GTA. Install the blower against the firebox rear wall and secure by bending tabs up.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
