Most orders over $99 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package. Please note, we are unable to track US Postal packages once they cross the US border and cannot guarantee shipping times.   • My fire pots are shot one year old

    Here are some common reasons why; 1. Your installation is out of spec and there is too much resistance in the venting system; 2. You need to clean the vent, stove or burn pot out more frequently and/ or use better quality pellets with less ash and less than the PFI standard for corrosive salts; 3. You are running the stove too hot (high-end pellets with too much air moving through the system...unlikely but can happen); 4. Your home is creating resistance in your exhaust via the stack effect, an outside air kit would resolve this issue. Hope this helps.
