Description

This Quadrafire convection blower is used on the freestanding versions of the Classic Bay CB1200. This is a variable speed blower with a 60 CFM/ 130CFM coil function.

    This blower will NOT work in the Classic Bay Cb1200i Insert, the correct blower for the insert version is, 812-4900

    Instructions

    Install Instructions For Quadra-Fire Classic Bay CB1200 Convection Blower By Fasco: 812-3370-AMP
    1. Use proper shut down procedures to shut down the appliance and let it completely cool.
    2. The convection blower is located at the bottom rear of the appliance. If an outside air kit is also installed, depending on your particular installation you may or may not have to remove the outside air flange. If you do, remove the 2 screws using a Phillips head screwdriver. You do not need to remove the flex pipe from the flange.
    3. Remove the lower rear screen by removing the 4 screws securing the screen to the appliance.
    4. The motor is mounted on a removable bracket. Remove the 2 screws just above the motor and the whole assembly will tilt down and pull out.
    5. Disconnect the wires from the blower. The wires coming from the wiring harness are white, red and tan and the wires coming from the blower are black, white and red. The white connects to white, the red to red and black to the tan color wire.
    6. Reconnect panel and plug the stove back in to power.

    Warranty

    Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.
