Description

This is the most recently updated combustion blower motor for the Mt Vernon AE pellet stove, Mt Vernon AE pellet insert, and the Edge60 built-in fireplace. Prior replacement motors came with a housing assembly which is no longer offered.

This motor has a hub with two mounting configurations. The outer holes accommodate newer-style housings that use 6 phillips-head screws to secure the motor.

If you have an older style motor housing, simply remove the 6 off-set screws and nuts attached to the hub of the new motor to accommodate the off-set threaded posts used on the older housings.

This replacement motor comes with a "serviceable" silicone gasket which can survive the process of removing the blower and reinstalling during service intervals. This gasket will accommodate new-style AND the older-style AE combustion motors. Replacement gaskets are SRV7000-714

Right above the combustion motor housing there is an exhaust transition with a clap-style mount, the gasket for this is SRV240-0850.

Combustion/ Exhaust Blower Motor for the Mt Vernon Original Model Pellet Stove (2002-06) is part SRV7000-193

Combustion/ Exhaust Blower Motor for the Mt Vernon E2 Stove/ Insert is part SRV7080-106

Mt. Vernon AE combustion blower replacement.

I have a thirteen year old Mt Vernon-AE which needed a replacement combustion blower. Bearings were slowly failing over the past few heating seasons.
Original blower, Bergquist Torrington, nicely built however no shaft heat sink and inexpensively designed connection of fan blade to motor shaft.
This SRV7000-588M also is well built with two impressive upgrades in design.
The first is a well designed base with shaft heat sink.
The second is a heavy duty clamp connecting fan blade to motor shaft.
One can hardly hear the stove operating now.
Impressed with Wood & Pellet Stove Parts 4 Less : website, packaging of item, enclosed correspondence and warranty.
