Description

This is the side of the pane of glass for the bay window door on the Classic Bay CB1200 pellet stove and the CB1200i pellet insert. This pyroceramic stove glass is designed to withstand extreme heat. This glass pane can be used as a direct replacement for both sides of the door assembly.

Measurements are 11" x 5-1/8" x 3/16" thick.

This stove glass requires a 1/2" flat gasket to properly mount into the door assembly. A full assembly will use approximately 9'. The gasket is sold separately.

 

Quadra-Fire 1/2" x 10' glass gasket with adhesive backing for the CB1200, 833-0660

We also sell a generic 1/2" glass gasket with an adhesive backing in a 10' length RT 341A-10

A Note About Our Glass: Unlike some manufacturers, we do not use tempered glass. Tempered glass should NEVER be used in a wood fuel stove, it is not suitable for high heat use. Our glass is made to resist very high temperatures up to 1,400° F / 760° C with low thermal expansion.

Please open and inspect your glass to make sure that it has arrived intact. Damage Claims for broken glass from shipping MUST be made within 72 hrs of delivery, no exceptions. Glass breaking from after installation is NOT covered under warranty, this is due to improper installation. If you do not feel comfortable replacing your glass, please contact a licensed technician. For instructions on proper glass installation, please read the instructions provided in the instructions tab.
