Breckwell Pellet Stove Dual Convection Blower Motor. The convection blower is responsible for circulating air around the stove and into room. If the blower is not working as it should, the amount of heat transferred from the unit into your home may be reduced. A malfunctioning blower can also cause high-limit switches to trip and error codes. If the fan has been cleaned thoroughly and is not moving the same volume of air as it once did, it may need to be replaced.
Install Instructions For Breckwell Dual Convection Blower Motor: 80591-AMP
1.) Loosen and remove the three screws along the backside of the stove that secure the side panel to the unit.
2.) Pull the side panel down and away from the top of the stove.
3.) Locate the control board and unplug the white Molex plug at the bottom of the control board (Be careful not to pull the wires loose from the plug).
4.) Remove the rear panel of the stove.
5.) Locate and unplug, the two wires leading from the blower motor to the wiring harness.
6.) Remove the bolts holding the blower motor to the stove and remove the blower. (Now is a good time to check the gasket between your blower motor and the stove).
7.) Position the new motor and gasket in place and reinstall the previously removed bolts.
8.) Reconnect the wiring harness to the two leads coming from the new blower motor.
9.) Reinstall the rear panel.
10.) Reconnect the Molex plug to the bottom of the control panel.
11.) Reinstall the side panel.
12.) Plug in the stove and test the blower.
Troubleshooting
-The distribution blower is the fan responsible for blowing hot air into the room. Often times this blower will become coated in dust and pet hair. If you feel like the blower is not moving as much air as it once did, the motor should be cleaned. If this does not resolve the issue the motor may need to be replaced.
-Many stoves are also equipped with a high-limit sensor. If your high-limit sensor is tripping or you are receiving a high-limit error code on your board this may indicate that the blower is not moving as much air as it should.

Not my first purchase from Stove Parts; but the communications at each stage of processing and shipping are first rate. The website is easy to use. The payment process, especially cross-border, is excellent. Will be buying again!!

Exactly the part they said it is. works like it should time will tell if it’s really that well built. It looks like it is. The only difference is anyone has a ground wire that the original one did not. Apparently the ground wire isn’t needed.
