Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

I have used this company before and have been very happy. Shipping was quick. Everything was as pictured

Stainless burn pot

Used this stainless pot for a few days, it allows alot of unburned pellets to be scattered into and outside of the ash pan. These smolder, and could potentially start burning after shutdown, very dangerous in my opinion. Measurements are different than stock burn pots. I will not be using this pot. A waste of $100 plus
