Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for special parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Ordered this motor next day air. Yep, it showed up!! Kept me running with the cold temps we’ve been experiencing. The motor fit beautifully. It works great. Been using these guys for all of my pellet stove parts. All of them have been delivered in a timely manner, and never had to send any back for being wrong or inoperable. Thanks!!

Great upgrade!

The Bearing for the exhaust fan in the pellet stove that came with my home (Age unknown) decided to fail on me, I determined that the cause of the failure was actually the two chinsy machine screws that secure the bearing and keep the shaft in line had worked loose, and stripped out allowing the shaft to bind. I'm glad to see that this new motor has that part reinforced with not only a much more beefy piece of metal, but the 2 cheap machine screws have been replaced with FOUR 1/4" BOLTS! upon replacing and starting my stove I realized how quiet its supposed to be, and my old fan motor had been on its way out since I came into ownership over 1 year ago!
Finding and ordering this fan was super easy, and the shipping arrived just in time for a major cold snap! Thanks to Stove & Grill Parts For Less, I'm typing this from my 70 degree home in sub freezing temps!
