Description

ComfortBilt Pellet Stove Main Power Switch.  This switch is located on the rear of the unit.  The purpose of this switch is to provide power to all of the active components on the stove.  If your stove will not power on, verify that the switch is set to the On position.  This switch uses one 10-amp fuse (Included) and has a built-in storage spot for an additional backup fuse.

Install Instructions For Comfort Bilt Main Power Switch: CB MAIN SWITCH-AMP

Switch Replacement:

1.) Ensure the plug is removed from the main switch.

2.) Remove the side panel closest to the switch.

3.) Remove the spade connectors that are attached to the rear of the switch (Pay special attention to the location of these wires so that can be reconnected in the same orientation.)

4.) Using a small flat head screw drive compresses the plastic clips on the side of the switch. This will allow the switch to separate from the back of the stove.

5.) Install the new switch.

6.) Reconnect the spade connectors to the back of the switch.

7.) Reinstall the side panel.

8.) Plug the main power cord into the back of the new switch.

Troubleshooting

Helpful Tip:

If the stove will not power on, verify that the unit is plugged in and confirm that the switch is set to the ON position. If the stove still will not power on after checking these items, you should check to see if the fuse is blown. The fuse is located in a tray between the On/Off rocker and power plug inlet. A spare fuse is normally stored in the square plastic housing of the fuse tray. If the unit does not power on after checking those items, the switch may need to be replaced.




Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

I order a part for my castle stove. It worked the night before and the next day the stove did not have power. I found the part I needed on their page, it was a perfect match. For the one wondering what happened it was the plug that the cord goes into the back of the stove. I tested it and it showed no power on the output side. Replaced the fuse in the small box on the stove and it still had nothing. Order the part, as soon as I installed it the stove had power again. Great job guys!
