This Heatilator Eco Choice Pellet Stove Hopper Lid Gasket is compatible with BH60 Pellet Boilers. The gasket is made from a foam material that naturally curves within the channel and has an adhesive backing.

Install Instructions For Heatilator Eco Choice Hopper Lid Gasket (3/8" x 1/2" x 6'): 1-00-375501

Replacing the hopper lid gasket is a very simple process. Simply pull the gasket up at the seam. You may need to scrape any adhesive and foam that sticks in the channel. The new gasket does need a clean surface to adhere to.

Troubleshooting

This gasket should be changed as it starts to wear and crack. Care should be taken to periodically remove dust and pellet pieces that collect along the edges of the gasket while performing routine maintenance


Warranty

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Please be advised that warranty claims for these parts may take up to 4 weeks for processing, and customers must cover shipping.

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package from us. We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind to Canada. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.
