The wires are not pole sensitive, so it doesn't matter which wires you mate up with, the blower will operate the same.
To expand upon the previous question about the pleasant hearth ph50caps -Am I correct in seeing the only difference between the two offered blower models is the amount of amps (812-4400AMP-pp7620-1 and the 812-4400Amp201410)? I have that model stove and the motor I am replacing shows 0.48(0.6)A
The combustion blower you want for the CAB50 or the PS50 is PP7621. From time to time manufacturers will use different AMP rated motors in stoves. Yours may say .48A but the circuit the motor is on can handle up to about 2.2AMPS.

I'm fairly certain this motor is the direct replacement. Pleasant Hearth and PelPro share many of the same components and the same controller. The wire leads may be different, but you can change those easy enough.
