Description

Premium 304 Stainless Steel burn pot replacement for HP21, HP22, HP22i, HP22N, HP42, and HP61 model pellet stoves. Superior stainless steel construction is more durable and resistant to warping and cracking than other steel or cast iron burn pots.

Fitment Note: Compatible stoves made pre-2018 can only upgrade to the stainless version of the burnpot if their original burnpot was made of steel. Stoves made 2018 and newer can upgrade to the stainless steel version regardless of the burn pot your unit came with.

Multiple Sizes: This is the large version of the burn pot. There is also the cast iron version BPCast1, these parts are interchangeable. Please double check your current burnpot carefully and compare dimensions, there were several sizes made.

Unfortunately, sometimes products do not work like they are supposed to. We offer a 90 day warranty on manufacturer defects. Some manufacturers make this a very simple and easy process unfortunately others do not. Items must be used in accordance with the manufacturers guidelines to qualify for warranty replacement. Stainless Steel Burn Pot

So far so good. The cast iron pot burned a hole through the bottom where the ignitor is. We've had this new Comfortbilt HP22 since December 2024. I have read and watched videos and apparently this is a common problem. It was suggested we use the stainless steel burn pot because it has more stamina. Only had it about a week, so we will see if it out lasts the cast iron pot.
