Quadra-Fire Mt Vernon AE, Edge60 Power Supply Assembly, SRV7000-443

The power supply is located at the rear of the appliance. It converts 120vAC current to 15vDC current to power the various components of the stove.

The power supply has a built-in relay to allow for a 12v battery to be plugged in directly to the power supply as a backup power supply, 12VCORD-AE, (special order)

If there is no power to the stove when it is plugged in...

1. Check the AC power supply harness (#7034-201)
2. Check for power or a loose connection
3. Remove the power supply and visually inspect under the black cover for signs of a short
4. Check the DC power supply harness (#7034-221)
5. Check for a broken connection or for DC volts. (14 to 15 volts)
6. Check polarity. Make sure the wires are not backwards on the harness.
7. Replace the 15 amp fuse. Replace if there are no volts preset
8. If unit is making a “chirping” noise & wall control is blank:
9. Check the harness for a “short” in one of the wires.
10. Unplug wires from the control board until the noise goes away
11. Reconnect all of the wires and start with the door/hopper sensor harness first.

When Will My Order Ship

All orders are typically processed within 24 hours of receiving payment and are shipped from us same day if placed before our shipping cutoff time (Monday - Friday: 1PM, Saturday: 10AM, Sunday: No Shipping), orders placed after our cutoff time are shipped the next morning.

Most orders over $199 qualify for free shipping! Orders which ship for free are shipped with either USPS or UPS based on our discretion. If you are using a PO box, free shipping orders will always go USPS.

Do You Ship To Canada?

We ship to Canada! We estimate USPS to take 4-10 days once receiving your package from us. We do not offer expedited shipping of any kind to Canada. Please allow an extra 2-5 days for all shipments to Canada. Free shipping is not available to Canada.

Do You Ship To Alaska Or Hawii?

We ship to both Alaska and Hawaii! We do not offer next day or two day shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. Free shipping is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.

Do You Ship Outside The US Or Canada?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer international shipping other than to Canada.
